Environmental Day is celebrated all over the world on June 5th. As a part of this , PIMS College of Nursing celebrated Environmental day on June 6th Monday at 1.30pm. The initiative was taken by the Principal Dr. Sindhu S. Everyone tried to wear green dresses. The hospital management provided the sapling for each student to plant. Under the guidance of Principal, Administrative Officer Mr. Balachandran and staffs of PIMS College of Nursing each student plant saplings on the provided environment. The saplings of guava, kanikonna, poovarasu etc were given for planting. With the help of gardeners, We watered the plants. The college premises is going green with this initiative. Each day everyone is interested in taking care of their plants and daily water them.
